Date: 27th Sep 2015
Visitors: Arun, Harsh and Aarush
Fee: Twin Kart is Rs 250 for 6 laps. Price depends on the kart power.
Timing: 11 AM to 10 PM on all 7 days.
Duration: 1 Hr depending upon the crowd.
Last time when we went for karting Harsh was scared to get on to the kart and refused to come.
On 20th Sep while seeing the Singapore GP in TV he said he wants to go in race car :) I confirmed with him if he sure wants to go and he said yes. I had 2 choice that particular day, either take the kids for karting or take ladies to shopping so here i am ;) Located on the ORR torq3 is easily reachable. Maps should be able to guide any one. The track is 550m long and 20m wide. There are multiple levels of tyre barriers to ensure the safety of the drivers.
They have karts for all age groups starting from 6 years. The pricing depends on the kart power. Least one is 4BHP and the most powerful one is 13BHP. There is a instructor to guide the first timers. Helmet is compulsory and they have many in various sizes. The track was fairly smooth except near the finish line. Ride at the last few meters near the finish line was bumpy. They have the facility for the Pro's to have timed races.
Viewing gallery from where you can get the view of full track.
Tyre barriers for safety.
Selfie with Aarush before the start.
Another 6 laps with Harsh ;)
Boys happily posing after the karting experience.
A group having a race after we finished.
We had plenty of time but there was no other entertainment for kids there so had to return home soon.
