Kodaikanal: Places to eat

Date: 1st May to 3rd May 2015

Foodies: Arun, Shilpi and Harsh

My final post on kodaikanal. Had done some reading on the places to eat in Kodai before going. We tried out few of them. One the first day for lunch we visited the Royal Tibet. One of the 2 Tibetian hotel in Kodai. A small hotel inside the town. Try out tasty momo's here. Potato cheese momo is special. You can get it either steamed of fried.

Also try the ginger honey tea. for both the items.

Dinner was at Rasoi. Chola bhatura and Alu paratha are the must try items here.
Chola curry was very tasty.

Alu paratha was very soft and yummy. It had too much aloo stuffing and one will fill up. for both items.

Second day dinner was at the Tava resturant. We tried here the Panner and Gobi paratha.

for Paneer paratha and for Gobi.

Trip to Tamilnadu is incomplete without eating Idly or Dosa. Try out the mini ghee idly in Astoria. There was also a dosa for 425Rs don't know what it will be made of .. gold? not sure.
